Size of the room.

Cleanness of the hotel - carpets, floors, furniture, etc. If you go to the wellness you have to go via outside, because it is in another building. This hotel is not a 4* hotel, but maximum 3*. The hotel is like a labyrint, many floors and some floors are only accesible by the elevator - only one in the whole hotel, so we had to wait for up to 5 minutes. Breakfast - if you come early, between 7-8 AM, it is all right, but after 8 AM there is only what is left ... :-(

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with convenient transportation options and great restaurants nearby. We especially enjoyed the hotel facilities such as the pool and wellness area, which were clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the parking was very convenient.

The relaxed environment in a traditional setting provided plenty of distractions not normally available on a ski holiday. Free access to swimming pool and heat room facilities were a big hit and the reasonably priced bowling, 8 ball pool and excellent traditional resteraunt were much appreciated.

At busy times the pool facilities were not available.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the centre of this beautiful place. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, even assisting us in finding a parking place. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and luxurious experience. The bathroom was renovated and modern. The hotel also had fantastic wellness facilities, including a pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. We particularly enjoyed the spa and wellness centre, which provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. we had a great time at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others.

Although we were generally satisfied with our stay, there were a few areas that could be improved. The food quality at the breakfast restaurant was not up to par.

The hotel has a great location, perfect for business travelers. It’s close to public transportation and restaurants. The rooms are very clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The breakfast options were pretty limited, and the beds were not comfortable. The street outside the hotel was quite noisy at night, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located near good restaurants, which is a plus. Guests have praised the comfy rooms with good heating and clean bathrooms. The breakfast is also good with a variety of options. The spa with good facilities was a hit with guests and the view from some of the rooms was amazing.

Some guests experienced poor service during dinner with long wait times.
